FOCUS DISTRICTS

We focus on Uganda’s key coffee-growing districts, which account for over 75% of the country’s coffee production, and parts of Tanzania, contributing significantly to East Africa’s coffee exports. These regions are home to thousands of small scale farmers who produce nearly 1.2 million metric tons of coffee annually. At Mega Green Nature, we build strong partnerships with local stakeholders, aligning resources and investments to drive innovation, support over 80,000 farming households, and strengthen the coffee value chain for long-term sustainability.
